iOS Setup Quick Copy
Installation
Requires iOS 16.0 or later
Download the "Quick Copy" Shortcut
- Click here to download the "Quick Copy Text" shortcut.
- Or click here to download the "Quick Copy Image" shortcut.
- Click "Get Shortcut" to open it in Safari.
- Click "Get Shortcut" to open it in the Shortcuts app.
- Tap the "…" icon at the top right and select "Add Shortcut".
- Tap "Add Untrusted Shortcut".
- Tap "Add Shortcut".
- Tap "Allow".
- Tap "Done".
- Tap "Quick Copy" to start using it.
- On first use, you may need to grant certain permissions for the shortcut to work.
Usage
Using "Quick Copy" via System Share
- Open the content you want to copy.
- Tap the "Share" button.
- In the share sheet, find the "Quick Copy" shortcut.
- Tap the "Quick Copy" shortcut.
- Wait for the shortcut to execute.
Using "Quick Copy" by Tapping the Back of Your Device
- Go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" > "Touch".
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Back Tap".
- Choose either "Double Tap" or "Triple Tap" based on your preference.
- Select "Quick Copy" from the list.
Using "Quick Copy" via Siri
- Say "Hey Siri".
- Say "Run Quick Copy".
- Wait for Siri to execute it.
Using the Shortcuts App to Run "Quick Copy"
- Open the Shortcuts app.
- Find the "Quick Copy" shortcut.
- Tap the "Quick Copy" shortcut.
- Wait for the shortcut to execute.
